## Description

We are seeking a talented, sales-oriented, Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about the beauty industry and believes the customer experience should be top-notch. As a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant at CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences in Beauty & Personal Care, offering various paid beauty services, and sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, with a focus on upselling and suggestive selling.

- Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, and in-store events to drive sales.

- Be the brand expert, answering customer questions with product knowledge to produce large sales baskets.

**Performing Services**

- Represent CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers, upholding high standards of service.

- Provide ear-piercing services and other applicable services offered in-store.

- Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting product features and benefits.

**Operational**

- Create and maintain product displays, and display special promotional materials.

- Participate in sales programs and events, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service execution training to stay current with knowledge and skills.

**Required Qualifications**

- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state of work.

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other services offered in-store.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Goal-driven, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.

**Physical Requirements**

- Stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.

- Able to stoop, kneel, or crouch, and reach or grasp objects.

- Physical abilities to support the required qualifications.
