## Description

Join the high-impact, high-visibility Personal Systems (PS) Strategy Team at HP Inc. The PS Strategy team sets the long-term vision, medium-term strategy, and short-term plans for the company. As a Strategy Principal, you will work with PS Executives and teams to define the gameplan that will impact the company's go-forward strategy and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Research and conduct analyses for large, complex business strategy projects

- Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies and tactics

- Develop recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance

- Manage large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery

- Lead the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables

- Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within your area of expertise

- Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction with corporate and divisional approaches

- Leverage strategic and management consulting frameworks to evaluate and manage the organization's diverse business units, platforms, and products

Desired Education & Experience:

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

- At least 6-8 years of work experience, preferably 3-4 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
