## Description

KSDK-TV Saint Louis, the TEGNA-owned NBC affiliate in Saint Louis, is seeking a proven, results-driven Account Executive to grow new business and manage a book of advertising clients.

The successful candidate will sell the full range of TEGNA's offerings, including NBC broadcast television and Premion, TEGNA's streaming and CTV advertising business.

Responsibilities:

- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline of local and regional advertisers

- Sell strategically and consultatively to uncover clients' real business goals and architect tailored, multi-platform solutions

- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing business

- Grow and defend the book of accounts, turning them into long-term partnerships

- Pitch with data, building compelling proposals that demonstrate ROI

- Run your business, managing pipeline, forecasting accurately, and partnering with account, creative, and product teams

Requirements:

- 3-5+ years of media, digital, or advertising sales experience

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Demonstrated ability to prospect, open new business, and build a self-sustaining pipeline

- Command of the modern media landscape, including broadcast television, streaming/CTV, programmatic, digital video, display, social, and content

- Experience selling to business owners and/or agencies

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Fluency in turning data and analytics into a clear ROI story

- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
