## Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Spire Manchester Hospital on a bank basis. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide an exemplary pharmacy service, advising consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, assessing their health and wellbeing needs

- Advise on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards

- Promote a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery

- Evaluate pharmaceutical care plans to ensure they meet patient needs

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent

- Current member of the General Pharmaceutical Council

- Experience in applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient requirements

- Previous hospital experience is essential

- Experience working with consultants and clinical teams
