## Description

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content, collaborating with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge, and implementing long-term knowledge management strategies.

The Implementation Consultant will work on impactful projects that contribute to the advancement of documentation and knowledge management practices. This is a hybrid position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content.

- Collaborate with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge.

- Implement long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management.

- Ensure alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

- Experience in project and time management, introducing innovative ideas and processes.

- Experience in taking initiative and working independently, taking ownership of outcomes.

- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, transaction processing, authorizations, payment networks, APIs, and financial services technology.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with banks, fintechs, digital wallets, processors, or payment service providers.

- Knowledge of both card payments and broader banking platforms.

- Experience with payment integrations and client-facing delivery engagements.

- Experience in delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.

- Experience in using communication skills to inspire, influence, and motivate others.

- Experience in adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.

- Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders and peers.

- Experience in knowledge management and content development.

- Ability to analyze the impact of product changes and feature launches on business processes and related knowledge.

- Experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.
