## Description

Brunswick House is located in Wednesbury, West Midlands, and offers residential support for five adults with various needs. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team helping residents gain skills for active and fulfilled lives.

Key Responsibilities: You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: Resilience is key, and your natural empathy will help you support others. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, but applicants with a minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) will be considered if willing to work towards Level 3.
