## Description

As a Master Production Planner at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by designing supply chain solutions, implementing supply chain solutions across the extended value stream, leading strategic capacity planning for division assets, supporting S&OP Supply Review & Master Schedule Review processes, and supporting the production planning process across key assets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and three years of combined supply chain and/or logistics experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include manufacturing plant experience, experience with production planning and/or lean production systems, APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification, experience with Lean Six Sigma – Green or Black Belt Certification, and experience with inventory parameter management.

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN or at the 3M Center in Menomonie, WI. Travel may include up to 15% domestic/international.
