## Description

We are looking for graduates to join our Energy Networks (T&D) team in 2027, supporting the delivery of transmission and distribution infrastructure that connects renewable energy, strengthens grid resilience and helps create a secure, lower-carbon electricity network.

As a Graduate in our Energy Networks (T&D) teams, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of the transmission and distribution infrastructure that moves electricity safely and reliably from where it is generated to where it is needed.

You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary specialists across substations, overhead lines, underground cables, HVDC, FACTS devices and wider network solutions, supporting the engineering and delivery of critical infrastructure across the UK and beyond.

**What we’re looking for**

- You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

- You will have an interest in transmission and distribution networks, power systems and wider electricity infrastructure.

- You will be curious and analytical, with motivation to solve engineering challenges that support a secure, lower-carbon energy system.

- You will enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas and learning from specialists across project teams.

- You will create value by balancing technical, commercial, environmental and stakeholder priorities.

- You will be proactive in learning, developing your power engineering knowledge and taking ownership of your career growth.
