## Description

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator in Finances to work with a major pharmaceutical laboratory based in La Défense, Paris.

**Job Responsibilities**

The main mission is to coordinate the invoicing activity of all centres participating in a clinical study, working with multiple stakeholders:

- Monitor the implementation and progress of invoice proposals sent to centres, ensuring regular and smooth invoicing

- Manage potential blockages during proposal reviews

- Create centre providers in the APEX tool and validate their creation in the eGPS tool

- Track payments made to centres and manage any payment issues in Medius and SAP

- Update the Power BI tool in real-time to provide continuous visibility on the invoicing status for a given centre or study

- Perform reporting activities requested by the client

- Participate in finance meetings with various stakeholders

- Ensure follow-up of provisions according to client directives

**Requirements**

We are looking for a profile with experience in Invoicing/Accounting.
