## Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. You'll report to the Manager, Corporate Accounting (Shared Services), and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, post FX journals, and drive daily clearing of open line items

- Research purchase orders and vendor contracts to verify invoice terms and classify prepayment transactions

- Calculate, verify, and post monthly journal entries for various expense accruals

- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, post recurring and month-end journal entries, and investigate reconciling variances

- Participate in SOX controls testing, internal audits, and external audits

- Drive continuous process improvements across cash, prepaid, and expense accounting

- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to management-led strategic projects

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a fast-growing company

- In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting principles

- Hands-on experience with an enterprise-grade ERP system and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams

**Nice to Have:**

- Background in public accounting, software, or the SaaS industry

- Experience with financial controlling and process improvements
