## Description

We offer university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (9 months).

During your internship, you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals.

**Responsibilities**

- Support the development of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

- Assist in building and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

- Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives through process mapping, testing, and documentation activities.

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance business processes.

- Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects.

- Analyze business requirements and propose technology-driven improvements.

- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

- Support knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and innovation events.

**Requirements**

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and maintaining student status throughout the internship.

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferably Wrocław University of Science and Technology).

- Basic knowledge of AI concepts and automation technologies.

- Basic programming skills, preferably Python; knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or above).

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

- Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and process automation.

- Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.

- An innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore new ideas.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- The drive to seek out what is next and deliver impactful outcomes.

- Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
