As a Director, Paid Social, you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required.

Responsibilities:

- Use your deep-practice knowledge to deliver highly successful campaigns

- Effectively plan, deliver and measure campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients

- Develop and implement guidelines and processes

- Actively lead and develop the Paid Social best-practice roadmap

- Act as a senior point of escalation for clients

- Play a key leadership role in growing capability and knowledge

Requirements:

- Strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience

- Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Social campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development

- Developing understanding of how channels work and optimise together

- Natural problem solver with excellent communication skills

- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you

- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills

Success metrics:

- Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation met

- Quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led

- Client satisfaction targets being met
