## Description

We are looking for a student to join our Notarial practice group in Amsterdam for a two-month internship. As part of our team, you will work closely with associates from other practice groups in Amsterdam and worldwide.

Our Notarial practice is an essential part of our corporate and finance practice, focusing on governance advice, M&A transactions, IPOs, and restructurings, often in an international context.

As a student intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn about our office in a challenging and enjoyable environment. Your personal development and progress will be our top priority.

Requirements:

- Final phase of your Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Civil law degree (or planning to obtain one)

- Demonstrated interest in law

- Social, proactive, and enthusiastic

- Fluent in Dutch and English
