## Description

As a Beauty Advisor for Charlotte Tilbury at Holt Renfrew Bloor, you will be an ambassador for the brand, reflecting its values and catering to its customer base. Your main goal will be to achieve optimal financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and ensuring superior service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in-store to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT)

- Managing and communicating agreed-upon goals

- Demonstrating expertise among retail artistry brands with an entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines

- Providing exceptional customer service, managing queries, and achieving positive outcomes

- Building partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer for continuous team training and development

- Extending exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience

- Anticipating staffing needs, sourcing talent, and delivering business objectives

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Analyzing business performance and planning strategies

- Promoting the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch

- Creating a positive and open communication atmosphere

- Ensuring the counter is customer-ready

- Maintaining inventory levels and accurate stock files

- Implementing visual merchandising and collateral placement as directed

- Maintaining technology on counter

- Raising operational issues for timely resolution

- Establishing cooperative relationships with the store retail operations team

- Scheduling the team for optimal coverage

- Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards

- Adhering to store standards and policies
