## Description

This job provides strategic business partnership with multiple senior leaders in Marketing to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

The Director will leverage business acumen and data to deliver effective people solutions and programs.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Lead the planning and delivery of key people processes, including talent and performance management.

- Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organisational growth.

- Use data insights to identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.

- Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.

- Analyse organisation effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organisational capability.

- Build consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies.

- Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of organisational changes.

- Provide continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing senior leadership.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach.

- Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change.

- New York City, New York: ($176,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually)

- Austin, Texas: ($160,500.00 - $238,700.00 Annually)

- San Jose, California: ($176,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually)

- Omaha, Nebraska: ($152,500.00 - $226,600.00 Annually)
