## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations in Kendal. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across various areas to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities

The role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18 years or older. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently.
