## Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join our team at AVL SCHRICK Performance Components GmbH in Remscheid, Germany.

As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up, operating, and optimising CNC round and profile grinding machines independently

- Creating and programming CNC machine programs and adapting them as needed

- Producing high-quality prototype shafts with high precision and quality requirements

- Preparing tools, clamping devices, and measuring instruments, using them properly, and ensuring their maintenance

- Independently checking part quality based on inspection plans and ensuring compliance with all quality requirements

- Identifying production deviations early, analysing causes, and developing practical solutions for process optimisation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in CNC grinding, ideally on round and profile grinding machines

- Knowledge of CNC programming

- Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment

- High quality awareness and independent, structured work style

- Technical understanding and pronounced problem-solving skills

- Completed training as a cutting mechanic/schleiftechnik or related qualification
