Your main goal will be to identify business opportunities in new On-Premise environments to leverage the brand image and drive sales of Red Bull's product portfolio. ### Responsibilities - Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners. - Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network. - Be seen as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of Red Bull On Premise. - Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution. - Know your territory like the back of your hand and follow the company's strategy to create innovative measures. - Master the On-Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities. - Manage internal and external resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success. - Deliver premium execution and creative value-adds to enhance Red Bull's brand image and increase consumption at events. - Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders. - Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business. - Leverage your communication, sales, and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one On Premise. - Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions. - Turn insights into impactful programmes to drive sales and leverage the Red Bull brand image. - Measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity. - Grow and protect On Premise accounts in the Area. - Correct positioning of the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the territory. - Identify, care, and continuously develop local and regional On-Premise accounts. - Set volume goals with each account that includes execution against Red Bull KPI’s. - Drive cooperation with the local Distributor’s Sales Force. - Routinely perform Staff Education/Energizers to ensure brand understanding, perfect serve, and encourage optimum pricing. - Ensure a cold Red Bull can is given to the consumer when ordered. - Optimize sales through perfect visibility. - Sell in appropriate consumption activation tools and communication pieces. - Encourage the optimum price for Red Bull and Red Bull products. - Ensure Red Bull products are listed as per international guidelines on each menu. - Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events. - Negotiate and execute creative elements that drive Red Bull’s brand image. - Attend key 3rd party and Red Bull events. - Organize incentives for customers. ### Experience - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing in FMCG with a track record of success. - Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts, and experience in the On Premise. - Previous experience working in the hospitality, nightlife, and/or FMCG industry preferred. - Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial. - Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. - Strategic, innovative, commercially aware. - Planning, prioritization, and organizational ability. - Strong analytical ability. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work flexible hours. - Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office. ## Skills ### Required - sales and marketing - FMCG - On Premise industry knowledge - communication - analytical ability - negotiation ### Nice to have - hospitality - nightlife - FMCG industry experience - IOS and MS Office --- Source: [Apply at jobs.redbull.com](https://jobs.redbull.com/en/musketeer-ghana-155931?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
