The Business Customer Data Product team owns the strategy and delivery of business customer data at Capital One, serving as the definitive source of truth for the businesses they serve. The team builds and scales data products , spanning business identity, relationships, and risk attributes , that power critical experiences across Business Cards & Payments, Small Business Bank, and Commercial.

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience with Enterprise Data Products or Platforms

- B2B experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900

- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
