## Description

The Support Operations team at Anthropic is dedicated to optimising and scaling the Product Support function to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Learning & Education Specialist, you will be one of the first members of our Learning & Education function, helping own the programs that develop and grow the Product Support team's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and continuously improve the onboarding program for new Product Support team members

- Program manage continuing education initiatives

- Partner on release enablement efforts

- Co-own our internal knowledge management strategy

- Build feedback loops to understand where the team needs additional support or training

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, support operations, or similar roles in a technology company

- Data-driven approach

- Strong communication skills

- Cross-functional collaboration

- Proactive and solutions-oriented

- Comfortable joining a small, growing team early

- Passion for AI technology and helping others build their expertise

The annual compensation range for this role is $165,000-$210,000 USD.
