## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team as a Functional Service Provider (FSP) partner. The successful candidate will work remotely from Romania.

As a Senior CRA, you will perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits to ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP, and protocol compliance. You will assess site processes, verify informed consent, and monitor clinical data integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing site qualification, site initiation, and close-out visits

- Assessing site processes and verifying informed consent

- Monitoring clinical data integrity and identifying potential issues

- Developing action plans and communicating with the project team

- Managing site-level activities and communication to meet project objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
