## Description

Visa is seeking an experienced payment professional to join the CEMEA Visa Government Solutions team as a Director, Government Solutions for KSA.

The role involves expanding and deepening public sector sales strategy and delivery in KSA, including developing a list of prioritized client and solution opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing and strengthening relationships with key public sector stakeholders

- Identifying and engaging potential partners to strengthen government solution propositions

- Developing and executing sales strategies and account plans to increase sales volume and market share

- Identifying local use cases and requirements for solutions team to incorporate into proposition roadmaps

- Driving achievement of KSA VGS scorecard metrics

- Maintaining alignment with the KSA Country Manager to ensure execution is aligned with country strategy and priorities

- Creating and maintaining comprehensive reports, including KPIs and tracking performance metrics

- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align on government outreach strategy and targets

- Partnering with marketing and communication teams to position Visa as a leader in payments industry

- Providing ongoing support for RFP development and program performance

- Continuously reviewing market landscape and recommending new approaches to growing Visa business

- Proactively identifying and solving complex problems impacting government sales management

- Reporting into the Head of Government Solutions GCC to ensure alignment with regional strategy and objectives.

This is a hybrid position with at least 3 days in office, expectations of which will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
