## Description

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team across all wards. This part-time role involves 30 hours per week of work.

The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver high standards of cleaning services, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising a team of cleaning staff

- Planning and coordinating staff rotas

- Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team members

- Monitoring cleaning standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

- Managing stock, equipment, and supplies

- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards

- Supporting training and ensuring team compliance with required standards

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally within a healthcare environment

- Some supervisory experience

- Good understanding of health and safety, COSHH, and cleaning standards

- Strong communication skills

- Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
