## Description

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join the Insurance Platform team at Insify. The team is responsible for policy lifecycle management and backoffice tooling. You will take technical leadership and shape the platform to handle new products and countries.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building complex web applications and services, including time spent maintaining and evolving systems they designed themselves. Strong fundamentals in domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture are required.

Responsibilities:

- Take technical leadership within the team

- Continuously seek opportunities to turn new product demands into platform capabilities and features

- Challenge ideas and bring your own

Requirements:

- 5+ years building complex web applications and services

- Ownership and impact instinct

- Experience with AI in daily work

- Strong fundamentals in domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture

Nice to have:

- Experience building B2B products, especially in insurance and fintech

- Experience working on a product distributed across different country markets

- Strong observability instincts
