## Description

We are seeking a Hotel Restaurant Director to lead our 3-star ibis hotel in La Ciotat, France.

The hotel features 86 rooms, a bar, a non-concept restaurant, and a swimming pool, and is conveniently located near the A50 highway exit, in the heart of the Athélia business zone.

- Occupancy rate: 64%

- Average price: €116

- Annual revenue: approximately €2.8 million

- Team: around 20 employees

As Hotel Restaurant Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the establishment and its daily operations. Your main tasks will include:

- Operational management of the hotel and restaurant;

- Managing a team of around 20 employees;

- Financial management of the establishment and monitoring key performance indicators;

- Preparing and tracking budgets and forecasts;

- Regular reporting to owners;

- Commercial development and optimising revenue;

- Monitoring quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

A significant part of the role involves revitalising and developing the restaurant business, including rethinking its positioning, appeal, and performance.

We are looking for an autonomous, operational individual who is close to their teams and can manage the establishment with a clear business vision. Experience in hotel management, preferably with a strong focus on restaurant operations, is highly desirable.
