## Description

The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. This role supports business segments or the company at large with business intelligence and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting priority health plan and care delivery integration workstreams for the Illinois FIDE contract

- Collaborating with the Medicaid Illinois market leadership team on Medicare operational impacts

- Working with national Medicare and Medicaid operations teams to support Humana's national strategic priorities for dual eligibles

- Promoting strategic alignment across leadership and educating Illinois Medicaid market leaders on strategy and targeted outcomes

- Developing presentations, managing change, and communicating with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of progressive experience managing large-scale projects

- A minimum of three years of experience with strategy execution from conception to implementation

- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

- Experience with Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans or Medicaid

- Ability to travel to the Illinois office and HFS periodically for meetings

Preferred qualifications:

- Reside in the state of Illinois

- A minimum of five years of experience working within a health plan or a care delivery organization

- Progressive experience managing portfolios of similar projects

- Experience conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis
