## Description

We are seeking a skilled Market Street Butcher to join our team in Hadleigh. As a Market Street Butcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality meat products, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

In this role, you'll bring a proactive approach to the butcher's counter, handling, cutting, and presenting meat to company specifications, and helping both in-store and online shoppers get exactly what they need for their meals.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding, friendly service that highlights our fresh products, preparing custom cuts for in-store and online shoppers alike.

- Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to exact company specifications using specialist equipment.

- Maintain vibrant displays, keeping fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays well-stocked, fresh, and attractive throughout the trading day.

- Work safely with specialist tools like knives, saws, and mincing machines, upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Experienced in cutting, boning, and preparing different meats to a high standard.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident using butchery equipment safely.
