## Description

The Producer (EA SPORTS F1) runs end-to-end production of marketing, motion, and design assets to guide visual campaigns for the global racing franchise.

Responsibilities:

- Organise asset production and delivery from brief to 100% on-time delivery against campaign milestones.

- Build detailed schedules, maintain tracking tools (Airtable and Asana), and track assets to provide pipeline visibility.

- Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, and craft.

- Translate notes from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into clear steps for creative teams.

- Manage creative ingredients, including music licensing and brand approvals.

- Oversee Legal, rating board, and Localisation delivery pipelines while managing vendor resources within budget.

- Collaborate with internal craft teams and external vendors to deliver creative work on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading creative production in gaming, creative agencies, post-production, VFX, or sports entertainment.

- Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns from concept to final and within budget.

- Direct experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative vendors and agencies.

- Hands-on experience building production schedules and managing tracking pipelines.

- Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews with high-profile licensors.

- Collaborative approach with the ability to handle complex projects.

- Keen personal interest in sports, with knowledge of Formula 1 and motorsport culture.
