## Description

The Finance & Strategy team at Zendesk serves as trusted advisors, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses and thought-partnership.

As a Financial Analysis & Strategy Analyst Intern, you will support the team in making sound recommendations to help the company scale.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze financial results, identify key trends, and communicate risks and opportunities to influence business outcomes

- Build and maintain financial models to inform key business decisions

- Manage organisational budgets and partner with executives to empower them to invest with impact

- Implement improvements and automation to streamline current processes

- Build on a foundation of strong relationships with partners across the organisation and drive cross-functional alignment

- Own high-precision forecasting and relevant scenarios for topline metrics

- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L management reporting

- Tackle new and evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other technical discipline with planned graduation in Spring 2028

- Experience with modeling and working with data

- Strong experience utilising Gsuite, Excel, and other Office tools

- Strong experience utilising ChatGPT and other LLM tools

The US hourly base rate range for this position is $31.25-$61.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
