## Description

Are you looking for a career working with children and providing them with skills to succeed? Above and Beyond Therapy wants to invest in you by offering paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). We are seeking individuals with experience working with children who want to make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

As an ABA Therapist, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-clinic environments. Responsibilities include:

- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA

- Collecting data and submitting session notes

- Collaborating with peers and supervisors

- Participating in staff meetings and trainings

- Having a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to appointments

Qualifications and skills required:

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication

- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Passing a criminal background check

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Travel requirement: Up to 25% travel.
