## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Experience Designer for the EA SPORTS™ NHL team.

As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be part of the Live Experience Design (XD) team, shaping online gameplay experiences including Hockey Ultimate Team, World of Chel, and Live events.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the live service user experience, including Hockey Ultimate Team and other online modes.

- You will translate research insights into workflows and designs using UX tools like Figma.

- You will identify user testing and research needs for multiple features and coordinate with the internal UR team.

- You will help mentor junior UX designers on the team in best practices within the user experience and design industry.

- You will help establish design strategy and best practices for online and live service environment experiences.

- You will work both independently and collaboratively with fellow UX team members, technical artists, product managers, and software engineers.

Required Qualifications:

- A portfolio containing multiple case studies highlighting your design skills, technical expertise, and ability to think holistically through systems and experiences.

- 6+ years of experience designing for complex, data-rich applications.

- Experience tailoring and presenting complex concepts to different audiences.

- Comfortable working in complex organisations with a history of collaboratively leading and promoting UX principles and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience designing for live service user experiences.

- Experience establishing and improving player-forward UX processes in a monetized live service gameplay environment.
