## Description

We are seeking a Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

The starting hourly rate is $21.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $21.25 USD - $31.40 USD per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor pad by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.

- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.

- Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the back room based on business needs.

- Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.

- Maintain product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.

- Execute and maintain back room organisation, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfilment, and guest requests.

- Re-merchandise presentations as they sell through using re-merchandising best practices.

- Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices.

- Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.

- Support fulfilment and guest's needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

- Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up.

- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.

- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.

- Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.

Requirements:

- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.

- Effective communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and with a team.

- Resolve guest questions quickly.

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
