Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

We're looking for a Designer Advocate to partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll bring deep design expertise, strong product intuition, and a genuine love for the design community into our go-to-market strategies. You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution.

Responsibilities:

- Build, evolve, and deliver certification programs, and scalable enablement programs for Figma's service distribution partners

- Cultivate trusted relationships with strategic service, distribution, and tech partners

- Develop written, visual, and video content that showcases modern product development workflows

- Represent Figma at partner events, workshops, conferences, and customer engagements

- Gather insights from users and partners including feedback on workflows, integrations, and emerging trends

Requirements:

- Demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise in Figma

- Apply a strong understanding of modern product design workflows and development environments

- Communicate complex design workflows and systems with clarity and confidence

- Translate technical design decisions into practical development outcomes

- Champion the design community by actively building relationships and contributing to industry conversations
