## Description

We are seeking a Claims Expert in Real Estate at our Fulda location, in full-time or part-time (from 32 hours/week).

As a Claims Expert, you will handle complex, large, and escalated claims, analyze challenging situations, and develop robust, customer-oriented solutions.

Your responsibilities:

- Handle complex claims on an expert level

- Provide technical expertise to colleagues and interfaces within the business area

- Design and conduct training sessions for employees and customers, conveying complex claims and coverage topics in a practical and understandable manner

- Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and technical quality in claims management through your experience

Requirements:

- Insurance-related education and preferably a completed law degree

- Extensive professional experience in claims management, with expertise in complex and high-volume damage scenarios

- Excellent analytical skills, initiative, and communication skills

- Proficiency in standard software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
