Elastic is searching for an Account Executive to expand Pursuit customer accounts. As an Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor focused on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint, ensuring customers successfully leverage Elastic cloud solutions across their organization.

**What You Will Be Doing:**

- Break into new accounts, build relationships and awareness to create demand and new business revenue for Elastic solutions.

- Uncover new and diverse use cases for Search, Security, and Observability to solve key business initiatives.

- Work thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, manage through the sales cycle, and close complex transactions.

- Build a robust pipeline and long-term business plan through community, customer, and partner ecosystems.

- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for New Business SaaS subscriptions and Professional Services contracts.

- Collaborate across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**What You Bring:**

- A track record of success hunting to sell SaaS subscriptions and professional services into net-new complex accounts.

- Experience selling into the ecosystem, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud.

- Ability to build relationships and credibility with IT and LOB executives.

- Predictability and accurate forecasting capabilities using SFDC.

- Appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and community of users.

**Compensation:** The typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for new hires in this role is $188,800-$298,700 USD, comprising base salary and a variable component.
