## Description

As a Senior User Researcher at Bupa, you will plan, design, and lead research activities with users to help teams understand the people using Bupa's products and services.

You will sit alongside a multidisciplinary experience design team focused on creating the best digital experiences for Bupa's customers in the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and carrying out user research activities

- Owning the research process end to end and empowering colleagues to get involved

- Working as an embedded researcher across two squads

- Spotting opportunities for research to support the design process

- Educating colleagues and stakeholders about user research

- Contributing to the growth of the User Research team

- Deepening knowledge of customers and championing their needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Around 3-5 years of research experience, preferably as a User/UX researcher

- Experience across generative and evaluative research methodologies

- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects from start to finish

- Experience of undertaking research with sensitive audiences/topics

- Background in working on projects related to accessibility

- Confidence working with analytics data

- Proven track record of advocating for user research

- Experience working as part of Agile teams
