## Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee end-to-end compliance with regulatory requirements, manage key regulator relationships, and drive the team's performance to align with the bank's strategic goals, internal policies, and control standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform regulatory reporting and ensure reporting is accurate and reported to regulators in a timely manner

- Ensure regulatory reporting is compliant and aligned with local regulations

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding regulatory reporting requirements

- Develop procedures for regulatory reporting and ensure they are in line with updated regulations

- Implement strong process controls to remediate operational risk in regulatory reporting

- Review and enhance the current reporting process for efficiency and control assessment

- Work on technology initiatives for regulatory reporting automation and remove manual handling

- Manage to achieve zero and repeated audit findings

- Ensure timely escalation of any identified issues, concerns, or risks

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in managing bank regulatory reporting obligations

- Strong knowledge of regulations related to regulatory reporting requirements

- Strong analytical skills and ability to demonstrate implementation of various regulations

- Ability to understand different business processes across products

- Ability to manage complex processes and have strong risk and control awareness/experience

- Strong experience in driving various technology initiatives and implementations

- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments in regulatory reporting discussions and implementations
