The Business Development Desk Manager leads a team responsible for growing assets and expanding customer relationships. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Onboarding Specialists who support customers throughout their onboarding journey while exploring additional opportunities to consolidate and win more share of wallet.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists

- Ensure team goals are met, including gross deposits and agent productivity

- Oversee customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulations

- Create a culture of high performance while reinforcing policies and regulatory standards

- Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience

- Monitor and improve team performance through data, coaching, and process optimization

Requirements:

- Clean U5

- Current SIE, Series 7 and 66

- Series 24 or 9/10

- 5+ years experience in sales coaching/leadership or related financial services roles

- Ability to guide agents through the sales process and develop their skills

- Experience with sales coaching and supervision/oversight

- Demonstrated ability to support asset consolidation and deepen client relationships

Benefits:

- Base pay range: $109,000-$128,000 USD (Zone 2)
