## Description

We are looking for a Development Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for test system bring up and performing hardware testing on a variety of systems and structures. You will manage test campaigns, develop procedures and reports, sequences, and software. This role requires operating and troubleshooting various systems, automating test operations, and collaborating with design engineers to resolve system anomalies, all while maintaining high safety standards.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience in a related engineering field, experience in an immersive interdisciplinary technical project, and experience in hardware automation and software-hardware communication/integration. They will also have high competence with, and fluid use of, engineering first principles. A BS, MS, or PhD in an engineering discipline is required, and the ability to obtain/maintain US Security Clearance is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of controls engineering, familiarity with instrumentation and control components, and proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Matlab, etc.). Experience with 3D modeling software and PLM (Siemens NX, Teamcenter, etc.) is also desirable.
