## Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Car Captain to join our team in Chile. As an Event Car Captain, you will be responsible for accurately reporting all activities to make strategic team decisions based on the impact of plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the budget allocated to different categories of the Event Car (fuel, maintenance, repairs, productions, event support, etc.)

- Developing content plans to maximise communication reach of the asset

- Managing filmmakers, content creators, and brand friends to ensure high content standards

- Attending area and business meetings to stay fully informed about your role

Requirements:

- Willing to spend 80%+ of your time in the field

- Class B driver's license is mandatory

- Class A is desirable (if not available, there will be a deadline to obtain it upon hiring)

- Physical and mental ability to drive a vehicle in challenging situations such as off-road conditions

- Strong network of connections with key playground stakeholders at Red Bull

- Passionate about the brand

- Ability to plan an agenda with clear objectives, followed by proper reporting

- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders involved in field execution

- Experience managing production agencies (audio, video, lighting, DJs, etc.), along with vehicle maintenance

- Knowledge of social media

- Communication management in crisis situations

- Creative and innovative

- Open-minded and motivated

- Passionate about sports and music

- Strict in following policies against driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- Responsible and professional

- Strong teamwork skills

- Outgoing and open to building relationships with others

- Resilient under stress

- Available to work nights and weekends

- Good management of personal and professional schedule
