## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores.

You'll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Maintaining the shop floor

- Working across the wider store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

Flexibility is vital, and you'll need to adapt quickly to keep things moving.

This is a role for people who move with purpose.

**Working Hours:** Sunday 04:30-10:15 Thursday 03:30-09:15 Friday 03:30-09:15

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Age Requirement:** Colleagues in this role must be 18 years of age or older.
