We are seeking a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates.

**Job Summary:** The HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and deliver an HR strategy that is aligned with business needs.

- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes, including performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.

- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates.

- Partner with L&D, leaders, and diverse teams to enable associate and leadership development.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Intermediate-advanced English fluency.

- Bachelor’s degree.

- At least 6 years of client-facing or consulting experience.

- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- MBA or Master’s degree.

- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification.

- 8+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
