## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Clin Ops Specialist/CTA to join their Clinical Solutions team. As a Clin Ops Specialist/CTA, you will be responsible for performing activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Sponsor representative for sites on assigned studies and communicate with sites to ensure compliance with protocol requirements, study procedures, and relevant guidelines

- Assist with site management activities, including creating and maintaining Trial Master Files (TMFs) and project files

- Prepare and maintain site manuals, reference tools, and other documents

- Maintain and update clinical tracking information in databases

- Track incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents

- Manage shared mailboxes, process site requests, and route correspondence accordingly

- Coordinate the ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking of site supplies and materials

- Assist with coordination of team meetings, attend meetings, and prepare accurate meeting minutes and action items

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to new technologies

- Minimal travel up to 25% may be required
