## Description

We're looking for a Striker to join our Within Sales team. As a Striker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in specific geographic areas. Your goal will be to ensure that our products are always available and visible in stores, which will drive sales of our entire range.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Territory coverage: effectively cover all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, managing and developing your designated area. Perfect Store: maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging, building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication. Stock management: influence store-level orders to ensure Red Bull range availability, ensuring fair stock levels to secure proper range availability and visibility to our consumers. POS management: secure and improve the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull, placing POS material correctly and maintaining it in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts. Administration and reporting: measure, track, and audit key in-store metrics using digital tools, completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.

To succeed in this role, you should have a growth mindset and a proactive approach, be able to manage and cultivate good relationships, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be comfortable working independently in a field-based environment. Experience in FMCG is a plus, and knowledge of MS Office is essential. A valid driving license is required.

Travel is approximately 90-100% of the time.
