## Description

Anthropic is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead special projects, ensuring key messages are backed by customer testimonials. You'll work across regions and customer segments, finding customers to speak to new models, features, or initiatives. Your goal is to turn customer stories into engaging content for various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop a customer evidence strategy for top priorities

- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to reflect customer feedback in messaging

- Launch new programs and set scopes, customer lists, and plans

- Lead customer plans for major product launches

- Partner with Brand and Creative on customer story campaigns

- Build proof point libraries and enablement for key messages

- Shape executive customer narratives

- Prioritize customer requests and work with teams for approvals

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Analyze messaging docs for customer proof needs

- Strong writing and interviewing skills

- Experience with product launches and campaigns

- Built effective sales enablement

- Comfortable with technical products and explaining them simply

- Ability to work across teams without formal authority

- Good judgment on story readiness

- Adaptability across projects

- Familiarity with Claude for drafting and prep

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 7+ years in B2B marketing with experience in product and customer marketing

- Background in AI or developer tools

- Journalism or editorial experience

- Product Marketing or Messaging background

- Executive keynote or LinkedIn post writing experience

- Message testing or win/loss interview experience

- Comms or analyst relations experience

**Logistics:**

- Annual salary: $255,000 - $320,000 USD

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Hybrid policy: 25% office time

- Visa sponsorship available
