## Description

As one of the founding Startup Account Executives in EMEA, you'll pioneer the adoption of safe, frontier AI across the region by securing strategic deals with fast-growing technology companies. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers, helping them embed and deploy AI.

Responsibilities:

- Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic

- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas

- Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases

- Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback

- Help define regional GTM operations and sales methodologies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies

- Familiarity working within complex sales cycles, selling to technical stakeholders, and securing strategic deals

- Success as a strategic business advisor, understanding the needs of startup founders and creating innovative solutions

- Exposure to negotiating complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders

- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota by effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities

The annual compensation range for this role is €155,000-€205,000 EUR.
