## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at WQAD-TV Davenport. This role involves driving revenue growth through the sale of digital and television media solutions, including streaming and broadcast television, digital advertising, and content partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple digital channels

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients

- Provide consultative solutions to clients by understanding their business goals and recommending tailored marketing strategies

- Research industry trends and competitor offerings to develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients

- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing the value of our media offerings

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization

- Regularly review and report on sales targets, campaign performance, and key metrics

- Work closely with account management and product teams to align on campaign strategies

- Strategically use CRM and prospecting tools to manage and achieve quotas

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, or a related industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and industry trends

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to interpret data and analytics to provide actionable insights

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
