## Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team at Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, in Hebron, KY.

As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products within our warehouse.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas.

- Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to a supervisor immediately.

- Perform inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts, scanning products, and ensuring accurate placement and rotation of stock.

- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all products are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Valid forklift operator certification and a clean safety record.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

**Physical Demands:**

- Manual dexterity and ability to work primarily with hands or fingers.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including computers, papers, and other general office equipment.

- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.

- Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word in activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately.

- Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, by phone or in person.

The salary for this position is $19.5-21.5 per hour.
