Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

Working Pattern: Wednesday 13:30-21:00 Saturday 13:30-21:00 Sunday 13:30-20:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and confident brand ambassador who’s ready to serve our customers and sell our latest fashion items.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contributing to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing needs
