## Description

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in an outpatient rehab setting, providing physical therapy services to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

- Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina

- Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- BLS certification

- Experience working with patients with diverse backgrounds and needs

- Familiarity with electronic medical records software
